TRG is proud to be a part of the Monon 30 Project, a coalition of developers and design teams with plans to transform 50 acres of blighted Indianapolis property along the Monon Trail. After being the first residential developer to break ground in September ’22, The Domino is expected to open in the Fall of 2024!
The Domino will consist of a 5-story, 223-unit, market rate multi-family apartment complex with Studio and one and two bedroom options. The podium-style construction will offer tenants a covered parking area on the main level, as well as a sun deck, swimming pool, tenant lounge, fitness center, and more!
